I. JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the overall management of HR and admin affairs, and the establishment and implementation of relevant policy and regulation. HR supervisor reports to the General Manager (foreigner).
II. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
? Assist GM to coordinate each departments and deal with the daily administrative affair.
? Administration and logistics management work, including: water and electricity and air conditioning, communication network, security and fire protection, dormitory and canteen, and do a good job in the maintenance and management of all kinds of office facilities and living facilities.
? Handle the work permit, work residence visa and related issues of foreign employees, and receive foreign guests.
? Arrange the visitor reception, organize and plan the events of the company(Birthday party/Teambuilding/Christmas dinner/Annual dinner/other event).
? Responsible for drafting, revising and compiling the company rules and regulations, assist the supervision and implementation of the relevant regulations so as to promote the company management.
? Responsible for drafting some HR & Admin relevant proposal, memo and other copywriting work.
? Make the recruitment plan, organize recruitment, selection and hiring to complete the staffing according to the department requirements and the JD.
? Make staff training program, included the internal training and external training organization and supervision, and provide relevant assistance.
? Establish and optimize the staff performance appraisal system, responsible for the organization and implementation of employee performance evaluation.
? Responsible for employee labor relationships management, handling disputes arising from which and other related issues.
? Other tasks assigned by the superior.
III. EDUCATION/SKILL/EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
? Bachelor degree or above.
? At least 5 years work experience in HR management in foreign invested company, holding human resource management qualification certificate, C1 driving license is preferred.
? Familiar with the operation of each human resources module and relevant labor laws and regulations.
? Good oral and written English communication skills, CET 4 or above.
? Skilled in computer operation, be patience and meticulous, and with good service consciousness.
? Particularly well fast-learning and ambitious individuals.
