I. JOB SUMMARY
Supplier Quality Assurance for new project introduction & mass production, the mainly supplier quality management supervisor.
II. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
? Supplier process quality audit and control to ensure that the supplier process and products are effective and reliable. Regular QSA and QPA review, list non-conformance items and require rectification within a time limit.
? Handle abnormal incoming material quality and customer complaints: incoming materials defects from IQC confirmation, internal assembly workshop, supplier injection molding workshop and parts processing workshop; handle defects return to ensure the smooth production line; handle inventory, and promote the improvement of suppliers
? Analyze and summarize the incoming material report data and make a weekly and monthly quality report. Develop the quality objectives and assess them for each supplier. Focus on the total defects rejection rate, DPPM and assess whether the quality of the supplier system meets the standard.
? Cooperate with the purchasing department to develop and evaluate new suppliers. New material introduction test and trial production follow-up. Summary and evaluation of the trial-run results report.
? Familiar with the use of quality tools, such as QC 7 tools, especially Plato analysis to find out the main defects, such as the top ten defects. Fish bone chart and 4M1E analysis and used PDCA to guide the continuous improvement.
? Good in writing quality improvement reports such as 8D & CAR reports.
? Carry out various quality work and projects, such as ISS, QCC, lesson learn, kaizen. Better level of quality promotion and improvement activities.
? Follow up the incoming material quality problems in the NPI/NPD new product development and test stage, get familiar with the new product control point, and review the APQP with the engineering team to ensure smooth mass production
? Training and management of external inspection or resident quality management personnel, and regular assessment.
III. EDUCATION/SKILL/EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
? Deep understand plastic, metal electronic manufacturing process.
? Deep understand supplier quality control on new project introduction.
? Familiar with QC 7 tools and have strong quality sense.
? Supplier quality management and Process engineering experience preferred.
? Ability to listen, speak, read, and write English.
? Able to work independently and teamwork.
? Good communication skill.
? Familiar with computer and office software, such as excel, word and CAD, and can read drawing.
? Eco-operate attitude and self – motivated.
? College’s degree and above in engineering background is preferred.
