Key responsibilities:
1) Perform the SMPS qualification tests independently, efficiently and accurately according to the test requirements;能够根据电源测试要求独立地，有效地，准确地执行测试；
2) Lead a team of assistant engineers, technicians and rest operators to conduct the tests in an accurate and efficient way in order to cope with the project schedule;领导测试助理工程师，技术员和测试员准确有效地执行测试达成项目进度要求；
3) Preparation of internal product specifications, test plans and reports, etc.;制作内部产品规格书，测试计划和测试报告;
4) Supervise and on job training to new comers (Assistant engineer , Technicians and Test Operators);对新的助理工程师，技术员和测试员进行监督及在职培训；
5) Develop appropriate hardware, software according to the test requirement specification;根据测试要求规范开发合适的硬件、软件；
6) Other issues related to testing.其它测试相关的事情。
Requirements:
1) College or above;大专或以上学历；
2) Skill in reading and writing English; 良好的英文读写能力；
3) Familiar with switching power supply verification test;熟悉开关电源的验证测试：
4) Understanding of switching power supply national authority standards and requirements is preferred;熟悉开关电源的各项国际标准和要求；
5) Ability to work independently as well as a team member with good discipline;具有独立的工作能力和团队合作精神；
6) Good communication and cooperation among colleagues;跟同事间能够良好的沟通和合作；
3166 5471-5|171 5803 2704 23 7) Below experience and knowledge would be added an advantage：如有以下的经验技能将优先考虑：1)Experience in developing test programs using Chroma ATS 8000, Agilent VEE and/or Labview;能使用Chroma ATS 8000, Agilent VEE 和/或 Labview设备开发测试程序；2)Experience in automation of tests;有自动化测试经验；3)Knowledge in ISO/IEC 17025.了解 ISO/IEC 17025相关知识。
