• Make the SIP for parts including appearance limit samples and acceptable range.
• Responsible for incoming rejected and material complaints of assembly line, follow up supplier material abnormal 8D Report, and improved effect verification in manufacturing site.
• Promoting supplier trouble-shooting based on the root cause, and take the error-proof as priority principle.
• Parts validation and release for new project, and promotion of the non-conformance solving.
• Organize and promoting the complex problem solving of material with supplier, R&D, engineering, purchasing and facility department.
• Follow up supplier PPAP submission for new project.
• Formulate the regular audit plan for major suppliers and organize its implementation.
• Implement a comprehensive evaluation of suppliers performance including batch pass rate, material complaint rate, improvement effective rate, etc..
