Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop new customers, maintain old customers, receive orders and follow up.
2. Responsible for operating other platforms and actively developing customers, developing foreign trade business, expanding overseas markets, actively developing and actively maintaining new and old customers;
3. Maintain customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and timely follow-up in customer visits.
4. After obtaining the order, cooperate with the production plant or department to confirm the sample, and the production of the product, including production lead time, product quality and so on.
5. Track the order and find out the problem in time to ensure the normal operation of the order.
6. Actively report the work to the supervisor or leader.
7. 2-4 exhibitions per year;

岗位职责:
1、开发新客户,维护老客户,接收订单并跟进。
2、负责操作其他平台并主动开发客户,开展外贸业务,拓展海外市场,主动开发、积极维护新老客户;
3、维护客户关系,确保客户满意度,客户拜访及时跟进到位。
4、拿到订单后,要与生产工厂或部门配合,进行样品的确认,产品的生产,包括生产交货期,产品质量等方面。
5、对订单的跟踪,发现问题及时解决,保证订单的正常运转。
6、积极向主管或领导汇报工作情况。
7、每年2-4次展会;
任职要求:
1. 外语沟通能力强,工作细心负责,做事灵活主动;
2. 业务能力强,具备认真的工作态度和客户服务意识;
4. 有家具行业经验者,外贸经验者优先;
5.欢迎优秀应届毕业生。
