2.起草、修订和完善人力资源相关管理制度和工作流程。
To draft, revise and improve human resources management system and related work processes.
3.参与职位管理、组织架构设置,组织编写、审核各部门职位说明书。
To develop position management, organizational structure, and draft job descriptions of each department and each position.
4.提出激励计划和具体实施办法,负责薪酬计发管理,为薪酬决策提供支持。
To develop and manage motivation plan and activities, manage payroll payment.
5.制定招聘计划和程序,组织开展招聘工作。
To make recruitment plan and process, arrange recruitment, select applicants.
6.受理员工投诉,处理劳动争议、纠纷。
To handle with complaints from employees, andlabor disputes.
7.指导规划员工活动,协助推动公司理念及企业文化的形成。
To direct and plan recreation programs to develop team building spirit and enterprise culture.
8.行政后勤工作(清洁、安全)统筹。
Administrate work arrangement (including cleaning, safety, stationery and so on).
9.指导和应对客户审核。
To Guide and be respond to customer audit.
10.领导安排的其他工作。
To finish other job assigned by superior.
Qualification:
1. 人力资源、管理或相关专业专科及以上学历;
HR major, or administration or related professional, college or above
2. 3年以上人力资源经理工作经验;
More than 3 years HR experience;
2. 在人员招募、引进、培训开发及员工考核、激励等方面有实际操作能力;
Ability for recruitment, training, and motivation process.
3、具有优秀的书面、口头表达能力、极强的亲和力与服务意识,沟通领悟能力强;
Good communication ability, keep good relationship with employees;
4.熟悉国家相关劳动法律、法规,熟悉人力资源管理工作流程和运作方式;
Be familiar with national labor laws and regulations, familiar with the process of HR management and operation;
5.有强烈的责任感及敬业精神,能承受较大的工作压力;
With strong responsibility and team work spirit, can work under high pressure;
6、良好的计算机水平,能熟练操作办公软件;英语能熟练沟通.
