Responsibilities:

• Responsible for market development, account maintenance and sales management.
• 负责市场开发, 客户关系维护和业务管理
• Lead key account annual sales planning and drive the team to achieve sales goals based on aligned strategy
• 带领团队制定年度业务销售计划, 并出色完成销售策略和目标
• Work closely with project management and production team to ensure the requirement from clients are fully implemented.
• 与项目和生产部门紧密合作以确保产品符合客户要求
• Responsible for total P&L of the KA (topline & bottom line) , customer product costing and payment recovery.
• 负责客户的损益，控制产品成本和收款。
• Closely follow up with clients to provide after sales service.
• 负责产品售后服务
• Make sales report regularly and report to the leader.
• 提供销售报告并呈报给上司
Requirements:
任职要求:
• Over 5 years of working experience in sales and marketing functions
• 超过5年的业务营销经验
• Experience in working with switches, motor control or related electronic components for home appliance and industry will be a plus
• 负责过家电和工业等开关,马达控制或相关电子原件产品的候选人优先
• Prefer candidate with experience in working in EMS industry
• 具EMS 行业工作经验，有OEM生产厂家人脉资源的候选人优先
