职位介绍

Responsibility:
1.Working with DD/MCE/TE/MF/QA engineers to make pre-deformation on the part for tool design to reduce tool trimming.
和产品开发部门/试模中心/跟模工程师/模流分析工程师/品质部门工程师一起分析可能变形的产品，然后在产品上做预变形给设计工程师设计，从而减少修模次数。
2.Complete tool design according to tool information, 2d&3d part data, DFM report and superior’s requirement.
根据模具信息表、产品2d图纸和3d图档、DFM报告以及上级的要求完成模具设计。
3.Complete and issue qualified 2d & 3d tool data for manufacturing.
完成模具的产品2d图纸和3d图纸给制模技师加工制造。
4.Issue qualified Tool BOM to tool storer on time for steel and components ordering.
完成模具材料和配件订购清单给仓库订购。
5.Being responsible for tool trimming design and ECR design.
负责修模和改模的设计。
6.Check the tool function with mold maker and QC when tool is ready.
在模具组装时与制模师傅和质检工程师一起检查模具功能是否正常。
7.Take part in tool testing to deal with related tool design issues and gain Lesson learned from function team to improve tool design.
参与试模并处理与模具设计相关的问题，从合作团队中收集经验教训来改善模具设计。
8.Focus on Products Design Compensation and Tool Design
主要工作方向为产品预变形补偿设计和模具设计
Competency:
1.Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
2.5+ years’ experience in products design and development, household appliance is big plus
3.Design experience in plastic parts is preferable
4.Be skillful in 3D/2D data creating experience with Creo（4.0/7.0)
5.Familiar with tool structure and tool design
6.Experienced in manufacturing defects analysis and improvement
7.Written English communication is required
