岗位描述：
1. Implement new supplier system qualification and conduct surveillance audit periodically;
Interface with suppliers on incoming quality issue handling and following up, push supplier to improve their process and quality control level;
2. Assess supplier quality performance by month/quarter, e.g. LRR/ PPM trend, guide supplier develop
improvement project;
3. Update material inspection specs when have any change from engineering/customer or industry and train inspector;
4. Develop and conduct Hazardous substances management procedure and as interface with suppliers on hazardous substances management; Maintain UDG ICP database system.
5. Assist sales and CS/CE team on RoHS/Green/HF/REACH etc compliance declaration and reply related questionnaire.
任职要求
1. College degree with 3 years or more working experience in supplier and material management;
2. At least 2 year working experience in semiconductor industry;
3. Good knowledge and experience in quality management system and supplier audit and QC 7 tools,SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP,APQP.
4. Have related experience in product and process analysis;
5. Familiar with Mold Compound,Epxoy , LF Substrate etc. material manufacture procedure.
6. Certified with ISO90001&IATF169494 .
