Job responsibilities:
1. Lead CRB to review change requests;
2. Support Sites/BUs/Corp. and Functions to liaise with other internal and external stakeholders on change issues;
3. Support Site/BU to mitigate the risks of changes through effective & efficient methods with supportive evidences.
4. Follow-up on the change implementation & traceability.
5. Prepare and support for the internal, 3rd party and customer audits on change management.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above holder.
2. Project management and planning skills in automotive is added advantage.
3. Automotive industry experience - knowledge on PPAP, IATF 16949 and VDA6.3
4. Good communication and interpersonal skill.
5. Good logical mindset.
