POSITION SUMMARY:
(职务概述）:
To develop and design new products according to customer requirement, maintain existing products and product extension based on existing product, provide product technical support to production departments, product line managers and sales team. ( 根据客户要求开发设计新产品，维护现有产品及现有产品的扩展，提供产品技术支持给生产部门，产品线经理及销售团队)
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED (主要工作内容、岗位职责）:
1. Provide engineering solution of new request and promote existing product line to customer. Provide professional application technology on site support.
(能提供新的工程方案和推荐的产品系列给客户并提供专业的现场应用技术)
2. New product development and design ( including CNA(Customer Need Analysis), DFMEA, DFM ( design for manufacturing ), product drawings/spec etc.) according to development procedure ( 根据新产品开发流程进行新产品开发设计(包括客户需求分析, 产品设计的可制造性评估，DFMEA,产品图纸／产品规格等)
3. Work with SI engineering to optimize product design and provide feasibility solution to customer quickly.
与SI工程师一起优化产品设计，迅速给客户提供可行性方案。
4. Maintain existing products and complete product extension based on existing products ( 维护现有产品及现有产品的扩展)
5. Handle EC ( engineering change ) independently ( 独立处理工程变更)
6. Provide product engineering support to production departments, product line managers and sales team.( 提供产品工程技术支持给生产部门，产品线经理及销售团队)
7. Support QA to handle customer complaint due to product design issue (协助QA处理由于产品设计导致的客户投诉)
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: 工作经验和所需知识:
1. At least 5 years work experience on connector/cable design and manufacturing experience
（5年以上的连接器/线束设计和制造经验）
2. Give priority to person who has SI foundational knowledge, familiar with PCIe , Jedec, Gen Z spec
具有信号完整性基础知识，熟悉PCIe, JedeC, GenZ等行业规格者优先。
3. Familiar with the cable assembly process for high and low voltage wiring harnesses, have strong foresight of wiring harnesses frontier processing technology, and strong experience in the development and control of wiring harnesses cost
熟悉高低压线束组装工艺，有较强的线束前沿加工技术前瞻能力，较强的线束成本开发管控经验优先
4. Familiar with new product development & design procedure
（熟悉新产品开发及设计流程）
5. Good skills in Pro-E Creo, Auto-CAD and MS-office
（精通Pro-E Creo, Auto-CAD画图软件和MS-office 应用软件）
6. Good command English include reading and writing
