欧司朗中国照明有限公司于1995年4月在佛山成立，是德国欧司朗公司全资的子公司，占地5万多平方。作为欧司朗中国的总部，欧司朗(中国)照明有限公司已经成为欧司朗在中国主要的产品研发、制造及推广基地。随着欧司朗在中国市场的迅速发展，应对行业的发展趋势，欧司朗还在上海、北京、成都和广州四个城市设立了销售分公司，并于2007年在深圳华侨城成立深圳灯具研发中心，负责LED灯具产品的研发。欧司朗中国照明有限公司发展至今拥有员工超过4000人，致力于把最杰出, 最先进的照明产品带入中国。

The brand name of OSRAM was "born” in 1906.For more than 100 years the name of OSRAM has stood for excellence in light throughout the world. Today, OSRAM is one of the two largest lamp manufacturers in the world. Global sales in fiscal year2009 (up to end of September 2009) amounted to ERP4 billion.
OSRAM is with it’s headquarter in Munich, Germany. There are 46 factories in 17 countries and with 39,000 employees worldwide. OSRAM products are sold to about 150 countries in the world. OSRAM China Lighting Ltd set up in April 1995 in Foshan City Guangdong Province and Inauguration of new production facilities on 11 June 1997. Now OSRAM China in Foshan acts as Centre of Competence for OSRAM in Asia Pacific, with Lamp factory, R&D and Cooperate Functions, and its total area of factory facilities is 100,529 m2. Comply with OSRAM business development in China; we have the OSRAM Representative Office in Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu and Guangzhou. We also have our LED research and development center set up in Shenzhen in 2007.
